Delivery and Returns
We use a range of couriers to deliver your order, based on your location, the size, length and quantity of your order and the shipping service selected. Our dispatch system is automated and will select the most appropriate service based on these variables.
If you select standard delivery your order will normally arrive within a maximum of 2-3 working days. Express deliveries are sent on a 1-2 working day service but most will be delivered next working day. However these timescales are estimates, not guarantees. If your item has not arrived within 5 working days on either service then please contact us by email on email@example.com.
Shipping is £8.95 for Standard UK Delivery (excluding out of area*) and £15.95 for Standard UK Delivery (Out of area**). Please allow an extra day for deliveries to remote areas (Highlands, Isle of Man etc)
We make every effort to dispatch all orders placed up until 14.00 on the same working day, any order placed after 14.00 may not be dispatched until the next working day.
Out of Area Postcodes
Standard Delivery (excluding out of area*) means most postcodes in the UK. However, please see these list of postcodes which are considered "Out of Area" meaning they incur additional delivery charges:
Your right to cancel and return begins from when you place the order and ends 14 days from when you received the goods. If you wish to cancel or return your order you must inform us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within this time frame and then return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your request to return. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage and ensuring the goods are received back by us in as new condition. If you receive a faulty or broken item you will be offered either a choice of a refund or replacement. Any return postage costs if an item is faulty or broken will be paid by Emanuels Interiors.
